Contact Log Form
The option lists on the Family Contact Log — the form staff fill in when logging a call, email or ParentSquare message home. Editing a list only changes what's offered on the NEXT entry; contacts already logged keep whatever they were logged with. Adding or removing questions, and which schools use the form, stay with Sprout Ops support.
Timing
Tenant-local hour the daily family-contact follow-up digest is willing to send. A sweep that runs before this hour sends nothing. Overrides FOLLOWUP_DIGEST_SEND_HOUR (fleet default 7).

Rename a question or change whether it's required. Question order, type, and what an answer is stored as stay with Sprout Ops support.
