User management Invite people and manage access levels. Data upload Import vendor files or manually map one-off CSV data. Super admin only.

Programs

Referral routing Choose who is notified when referrals are submitted — e.g. grade-level teams. Contact log form Edit the contact types, topics, reasons and outcomes on the Family Contact Log. MTSS settings Tier rules, nightly run preview, overrides, and dashboard alert levels. Plan settings Who each plan email reaches, how hard deadlines are chased, and who may read or edit a plan.

Report schedules Send reports to groups of people on a recurring schedule.
